According to Law decree no. 24/2014, of February 14, in the exchanges / returns made in the online store, the customer has 14 days in a row to do so, after receiving the order in the Client’s chosen address.
Send your product to Praça Francisco Sá Carneiro nº83-G 4620-695 Silvares-Lousada. Send with it the respective Invoice and with “Exchange/Return Note”.
Once the article reaches our studio and passes our quality control successfully, we will contact you by email to let you know if the item you have chosen to exchange is available. If so, we will soon send our IBAN for payment of shipping costs and difference of values between articles (if the chosen model is more expensive than the previous one). Once we receive your proof of payment, the new item will be sent to the address indicated above.
If the selected item is already sold out at the time of the exchange, you can choose other items available for immediate purchase on our website.
As soon as the article reaches our warehouse, a refund of the value will be made through the same payment method the client used to place the order. Since the returns have a period of two weeks to be made, after receipt of the article in our warehouse.
When exchanges are sent outside the European Union, Norma is not responsible for delays and customs costs. These are at the customer’s responsibility.
